Jig and Fixture Builder assembles a variety of standard and non-standard major jigs, fixtures and related tooling. Ensures jigs function appropriately with complex angles or contours. Being a Jig and Fixture Builder is responsible for determining methods and sequence of operations and scheduling work to be performed from tool design drawings. Designs and creates jig and fixture details and holding devices. Additionally, Jig and Fixture Builder may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. Requires a high school diploma in a related area with certification in the field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Jig and Fixture Builder works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. 31st Union is the newest studio in the Take-Two Interactive family, founded in 2019 in the San Francisco Bay Area, and later expanding to include a studio in Valencia, Spain. We are well into our first effort of building a multiplayer / multiplatform AAA action game and we are looking for a Senior World Builder to help us accomplish that goal.
Who You Are:
You’re an experienced World Builder with 2-3 shipped titles under your belt. You’re comfortable building map content off an established template, but you’re also willing to push boundaries and explore. You have experience with both natural and man-made environments as well as the areas where those two intersect. You are somewhat a hybrid between traditional level design and traditional environment art. Our ideal candidate has proven experience building world spaces across all phases of development and is excited to come in and help close out our first title as we get closer to launch and beyond.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $135,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
