Job Title: Cabinet Shop Project Manager

Job Description:

Under supervision, the Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of projects related to the design, construction, and installation of custom cabinetry. This role requires a combination of management skills and hands-on knowledge of cabinetmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage all stages of the cabinet-making process, from initial client consultation, field measurements and layout, sourcing and ordering materials and hardware, to delivery/installation. CAD or cabinet building software experience is a requirement and Cabinet Vision experience is a plus.
• Client Relations: Support relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are clearly defined and met. Work with the team to enumerate specs and job scope as part of the job pricing process, and manage

• Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a cabinet-making or woodworking environment.
• Strong knowledge of cabinet design and construction.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software for design and project management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in a shop environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $31.00 per hour
