Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Pest Control and Termite Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in pest control treatment methods and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. The role involves treating both residential and commercial properties for pests and termites, driving within a designated radius, handling paperwork, scheduling appointments, communicating with customers and management, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and termite activity.
• Implement appropriate pest control and termite treatment strategies, ensuring the safety of occupants and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Utilize industry-best practices and environmentally responsible methods to exterminate pests and prevent future infestations.
• Drive company-provided vehicle to designated locations within a 10-40 mile radius for service appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including treatment reports, invoices, and customer information.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing travel time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain treatment procedures, address concerns, and provide recommendations for pest management.
• Collect payment for services rendered, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely processing.
• Collaborate with management to optimize service delivery, resolve customer issues, and improve operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate safe driving practices and uphold company vehicle maintenance standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and functioning, where W.L PC clothes to work.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pest control and termite treatment, with a strong understanding of common pests, treatment methods, and safety practices.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to meet service deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, and have a working cell phone.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional flexibility for scheduling adjustments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in pest control is a plus.
