Job Control Language Setup Specialist jobs in Brownsville, TX

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized reading instruction and support to students
- Assess students' reading abilities and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to develop strategies for improving reading skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Utilize various instructional materials and resources to enhance reading instruction
- Implement behavior management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Provide academic advising to students and their families regarding reading goals and progress
- Collaborate with the library services department to promote literacy and provide access to reading materials
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in reading instruction
- Assist in the development of instructional materials and resources

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or licensure in reading specialist or related area
- Experience working with students with special education needs is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and research-based reading strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $48,425.40 - $58,318.76 per year
