Critter Control is a nationally recognized wildlife brand and our Green Bay franchise is looking to add a Sales Leader to its team. This is a ground floor opportunity in a growing, stable company. Our ideal candidate will be a responsible professional, who is able to interact well with all types of customers.

This isn’t your typical “Inside Sales” position, we pre-qualify your leads & set the appointments, then you get on the road to the client’s home. Average closing time is 2-3 weeks per job.

In addition to the base compensation & commissions, we offer a bonus program, benefits and a company cell phone and truck. Full time/year-round position.

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience
• Reasonable comfort level with heights (ladders/roofs)
• Construction/handyman skills a big Plus! (drills, caulk gun, etc)
• Pass a Background Check & Drug Test
• Clean driving record (must be eligible for our commercial auto policy
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
• Attention to detail is critical!
• (Siding/window/door/gutter Sales experience a plus!)
