The Position:
Working in professional pest management is so much more than controlling pest problems. It's also building relationships with customers and educating clients about how to reduce the pest problems in their homes or businesses. You don't need any prior experience - we offer paid training programs with local support that incorporate both classroom and on-the-job learning to ensure you have all the knowledge necessary to perform the job well.
Our Pest Pros drive company vehicles to customer's properties and conduct inspections, prevent and correct pest control problems in a safe and professional manner. Pest Pros apply product, bait and monitor, and communicate regularly with local office personnel and the sales team to ensure top quality customer service. Our Pest Pros are also encouraged to find new prospective clients by offering best in class pest control solutions while projecting a professional image. A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business is all that is required.

Pest Control Technician Responsibilities:
The Location: Supported by our office staff at our new Savannah, MO facility, you will be servicing commercial and residential properties in the St. Joseph and the surrounding areas. As a Pest Control Technician you will be given a company vehicle, cell phone, iPad, work shirts, and competitive compensation. Paid time off after training is complete. Route experience is not required; we will train the right person and provide them with all the equipment and tools required for a successful career.
