As a Job Coach in Auto Fulfillment, you are primarily responsible for supporting various requests for Title Management, Direct Lien Perfection, Payment Services, Correspondence, and Monetary/Non-Monetary Research for loans and leases. You will help the team/teams to ensure that all team unit objectives and standards are consistently met. You will be a flexible problem-solver who enjoys helping employees assist customers to resolve their questions and concerns.

Job responsibilities

• Help different teams and their leaders to achieve their goals.
• Consistently lead staff by example, working and demonstrating in a positive manner to improve quality and performance
• Resolve complex issues by working directly with customers, dealers, vendors, municipalities and other internal teams
• Monitor work assigned to ensure processing within service level while meeting legal, compliance and risk requirements
• Collaborate with others to identify and implement procedural changes
• Follow the Lean Management & Operational System by practicing the recommended daily routine for team huddles, huddle boards, and focus on employee support
• Spend time working processes as a specialist as well as assisting the Team Lead with multiple functions (reporting, answering questions, calling customers or partners, jumping in to help out wherever needed). 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Intermediate level knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Highly skilled at process development and documentation
• Possess strong analytical skills with a high level of verbal and written communication

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Working knowledge of Chase Auto business and systems
• Leadership experience
