Position Summary :

The Pest Control Specialist interacts with their District Manager and teammates to respond to requests for services for both commercial and residential properties.

Services include but are not limited to the following :

• Trapping & removal
• Exclusion & preventative services
• Wildlife damage repair
• Population management / IPM

A successful Pest Control Specialist needs to be motivated, energetic, creative and have attention-to detail with outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties :

• Using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity of 275 lbs
• Lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Further Requirements :

• High School Diploma required
• Service, general labor or construction experience is preferred but not required
• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen
