In addition, to this overarching goal, JCA will continue the training and goals of YCA and will also use a quasi-military model. The Job Academy will reinforce and build upon the lessons instilled within cadets while enrolled at YCA. The persons affected by the Job Challenge Academy program are the at-risk youth of the State of Georgia who are selected. One hundred youth are identified during the YCA residential phase.
