Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls for our clients (some veterinary clinics, along with other small businesses)
• Building and tweaking online forms for our agents to use during their calls
• Helping other agents solve problems with their calls and technology.
• Answer calls ~60% and Help Other Agents ~40%
• Being the right hand person to help grow this great company

Interviews are happening via Zoom on Monday, April 22nd at 11am CT, Monday, April 22nd at 2pm CT and Tuesday, April 22nd at 12 noon CT.

All times listed in this post are Central Time.

This is a Full or Part Time (25 hours) position. We are looking to hire to cover weekdays for hours between 7:30am and 4:00pm Monday - Friday

We are looking for a person with veterinary clinic experience to work a multi-line phone.

Skills needed include:

• Attention to detail
• Proper grammar
• Excellent communication
• Computer skills (Use of MS Office Suite)
• Love of Pets
• Experience in a Veterinary Clinic
• Typing speed of 70 WPM
• Excellent Organization
• Leadership Skills
