Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. As a Kennel Technician, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our furry friends. If you have a passion for animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Provide daily care for animals including feeding, watering, and administering medications as directed
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and play areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Monitor the behavior and well-being of animals, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Walk dogs and provide exercise opportunities for pets
- Assist with basic training exercises and socialization activities
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior observations

Experience:
- Previous experience in pet sitting, animal care, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic animal handling techniques and behavior is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week
