Manages keno personnel and ensures employees follow established procedures. Being a Keno Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Keno Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Wendy’s in the Florence and Shoals Area is interviewing for shift and assistant managers.
Must have previous restaurant experience (previous management experience preferred). Managers will be required to work 40-50 hour per week (standing up to 10 hrs a day).
A good Restaurant manager will be able to operate the restaurant by ensuring all team members are following food safety regulations, restaurant cleanliness is up to Wendy’s and the Health Department standards, training new team members, and leading by example. The manager will need to be able to operate with high energy, have great customer service and people skills, and have a positive attitude. we want someone who works well with others and that will work hard to make the restaurant a fun place to work while also having high standards.
