Manages keno personnel and ensures employees follow established procedures. Being a Keno Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Keno Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Oversee operations within our Human Bean Coffee Shop. Candidate must work well with others, be able to lead a team of Barista's in a very busy environment.
Duties
-Scheduling and ordering
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
