Manager role with local pizzaria franchisee. The role includes 3 weeks vacation after six months and monthly bonus plan driven by cash flow. Pizza experience is a big plus. ```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, catering, and banquet services
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of employees
- Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff members
- Culinary background or knowledge is a plus
