Keno Manager directs and oversees keno game activities including scanning of winning tickets, number drawing, reporting, and calculation of prize money. Manages keno personnel and ensures employees follow established procedures. Being a Keno Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Keno Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Duties:
-assist and help execute presentations and financial proforma, meet with city staff and teams, assist in Prospecting for new clients through various channels. Package of offerings needed on a consistent basis.
Must be able to execute and a get things done mindset.
- assist in developing commercial properties for the principal
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactionsQualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or similar role, (love a paralegal background)
- Strong knowledge of legal or real estate market and property laws will help and can also be learned while on the job.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree is preferredSkills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with DocuSign for electronic document management
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial transactions
- Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
