Duties:
-assist and help execute presentations and financial proforma, meet with city staff and teams, assist in Prospecting for new clients through various channels. Package of offerings needed on a consistent basis.
Must be able to execute and a get things done mindset.
- assist in developing commercial properties for the principal
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent or similar role, (love a paralegal background)
- Strong knowledge of legal or real estate market and property laws will help and can also be learned while on the job.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with DocuSign for electronic document management
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial transactions
- Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Project coordination skills for managing multiple deals simultaneously
