Job description

We are looking for full and part time Desk Managers for our Big Red Keno- Omaha location. You will be the face of our Keno parlor and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to have a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Must pass ground checks and must not have ANY FELONIES!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers!
• Provide great customer service
• Write keno tickets
• Collect money and pay winning tickets & IRS winning tickets
• Maintain an accurate bank & audit co-worker banks and verify deposits.
• Opening or closing duties
• Answering all calls and dispatch calls to service coordinators
• Run and verify the keno game
• Manage staff

Skills

• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible, trustworthy & hard work ethic!
• Cash handling experience is a must!
• Prior keno writing experience preferred
• Prior management experience preferred
• Good multitasker
• Good computer skills with (internet,exel,word,teams)
• Be able to solve problems on the go

Other Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age or older
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Must be able to obtain/maintain state licensing / fingerprinting requirements

Pay:

Our hourly rate is $16.00 per hour, plus tips!
