Being a Keno Shift Supervisor direct team members and ensure policies and procedures are properly followed. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Keno Shift Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Keno Shift Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. As a Manager you will be responsible for assisting the execution of daily operations activities. The following provides an overview of the basic responsibilities of a Manager however, with each certification you will be qualified and expected to provide additional leadership in one or more additional areas (Open/Close, Kitchen and/or Customer Service).
