Antelope Hills Golf Courses is excited to announce the exceptional job opportunity of Kitchen Manager. We are in search of a Kitchen Manager for our Golf Course Restaurant, the Manzanita Grille . We are operate 7 days a week from 7am and close at 3pm every day except for Friday we close at 8pm. This position would be a full time position the starting pay is $20 per hour BOE to include health benefits, 401 K , Vacation and complimentary golf.

• Prepares food orders in a timely manner.
• Develop Daily Food Specials.
• Maintains and monitors budgeted food cost.
• Maintains sanitation and assists in health department inspections.
• Conducts monthly inventory and food and other supplies.
• Monitors and receives all ordered food products and supplies, ensures proper storage.
• Assists in the interviewing and hiring of all kitchen staff.
• Assists in the management of the kitchen staff not to include reviews and staff performance.
• Assist in monitoring business volume forecast and plan accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity and other expenses.
• Incorporates safe work practice in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 Months related experience and/or training.

• Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, reaches with hands and arms.
• Regularly talks and hears. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, tastes and smell.
• Frequently lifts up to 25 lbs. and regularly lifts 50 lbs.

• Frequently works in extreme heat ( non-weather), in areas with moving parts and with toxic and caustic chemicals.
• Occasionally works in extreme cold ( non-weather) Noise Level Moderate.

• Manager Training Serve Safe Certificate.

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform duties of the job.
