Role: Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a fully-stocked kitchen inventory
• Ensure freshness of ingredients and control food costs
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards
• Improve overall kitchen efficiency
• Order supplies and equipment, working closely with vendors
• Store food products safely
• Document operational procedures
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Manage a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in fast-casual restaurant management or kitchen management
• Proven experience in planning menus and ordering ingredients
• Strong knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must have a Food Handler Protection Certificate
