With support from the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and analyze all aspects of Stonewall Kitchen’s annual digital marketing plan, ranging from the overall digital content strategy to DTC/ecommerce marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Manager has one direct report, the Digital Marketing Specialist, who supports with program planning and coordination.

JOB SUMMARY
* Develop the digital content strategy for Stonewall Kitchen’s Family of Brands. This includes website content (home page banners - top slider, and other banners – monthly/seasonally), product pages (leveraging UGC/Recipes/Etc.), all social platforms including the blog, and maintaining all content pages (brand landing pages, FAQs, etc.), email campaigns, PPC, paid social media and influencer partnerships.
* Collect results and evaluate ROI of marketing initiatives; review customer data analysis reports; track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for modifications.
* Manage and oversee our email strategy and schedule, including the plan for our weekly emails, updating content the strategy for our established, automated, and transactional emails as well as developing and maintaining a segmentation strategy (new customers, repeat buyers, inactive buyers, etc.).
* Coordinate our DTC sales and promotions through the year and for the holiday season.
* Manage our Paid Social program for all brands with support from third-party vendor and tight integration with all PPC and IA strategies.
* Plan and schedule social media content; stay up to date with current social trends for content inspiration and creation; monitor and interact with social followers as frequently as possible to drive engagement and growth.
* Oversee our reviews platform for all brands.
* Manage our ecommerce loyalty program and third-party partner.
* Identify, execute, and manage new digital opportunities, primarily for the DTC channel.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field required.
* 5 years of formal marketing experience (Agency and/or Brand)
* Proven abilities to analyze digital marketing data and communicate with all levels of the organization as well as external vendors.
* 2-3 years of previous supervisory experience.
* Must be computer literate and an experienced Microsoft Windows user.
* Ability to climb stairs and sit for several hours at a time.
