- Responsible for the preparation and cooking of all Hot Stuff items.
- Responsible for keeping food items at appropriate temperature, taking the items to the warmer, keeping them replenished and rotated.
- Responsible to notify the supervisor and manager of any equipment failure, of weekly breakfast and lunch menus, of food and supplies needed weekly, and of poor quality or spoiled foods.
- Responsible for keeping the kitchen areas clean and orderly throughout shift; and for performing a thorough cleaning at the end of the shift to comply with safety and health standards established under the HCAAP regulations.
- Responsible for keeping the oveans clean, condiments stocked and cleaned, and following kitchen checklist per shift.
- Responsible to document any food waste on the food waste form.
- Responsible to using fresh, quality food products in preparation of menu items.
- Responsible to perform cashiering duties, as needed when short staffed.
- Responsible to provide courteous and efficient service to customers and employees.
- Must follow the department and casino's policies and procedures.
