Just BE Kitchen is looking for an experienced store supervisor who is wellrounded and has a strong desire for results and growth. As we expand into our 3rd location this year in Boulder and beyond we are interested in finding talent who wants to grow with us and build a career within our organziation. We are looking for a self starter who can independently operate 2 locations with minimal direction, assist with training new employees, uphold company policies, coach employees daily back to standards, provide support to Store manager.
We are 100% Gluten & Grain free fast casual restaurant that is heavily focused on health & wellness and allergen conscious cuisine. In addition to serving our customers delicious food, we offer monthly wellness events on a variety of topics & are looking to expand our business model into other areas including a mindful market to sell our housemade sauces, dressings & tortillas.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory systems including production, prep, bakery, , customer service, FOH stations, beverage and sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Oversee training schedule to ensure new employees are Trained properly. Ensure employees are completing daily modules and are being taught the daily training criteria on training schedule
- Supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service, allergen & food safety
- Monitor inventory levels and inventory systems
- Monitor weekly orders place orders, vendor credits & returns
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive working environment for employees and handle staff issues
- Handle catering inquiries, special orders & management of deliveries
- Manages Monthly features, special events, Holiday items, Menu changes, Weekly prepped meals & Promos
- Participate in FOH vendor meetings to decrease food costs & build relationships
- Monitor & coach staff towards decreasing weekly waste of product
- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure all processes & standards are being followed, coached & retrained when needed
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Skilled in math, budgeting, & inventory for managing weekly inventory counts, variances, reporting & inventory guides.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills & an ability to work through challenges as they arise.
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting, daily task lists, in house diagrams etc.
- Strong technology skills. JBK is very tech friendly and consistently looking how we can leverage technology to improve efficiency, skills, and operations.
- Expert in handling staff concerns, interpersonal relationships within the workplace
- Hands on manager- someone who leads by example and shows staff how to do things instead of telling & isn;t afraid to jump in and get dirty at any time.
- Well rounded- Skilled in all areas of the restaurant both FOH & BOH to easily be able to support any position after training
- Strong planning skills.
- Expert on food safety & health department regulations
- Experience in managing store maintenance, equipment, & repairs
- Support BOH prep, bakery when needed
- Well rounded management of both FOH & BOH team members.
- Enforce break guidelines
