Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of kitchen staff. Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of food production and service in the kitchen

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Monitor food preparation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving kitchen efficiency

- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
