Kitchen Supervisor - Casino jobs in Lebanon, PA

Schedule: (Full-Time) Monday-Friday (8AM - 4PM)

General Duties:

• will comply with all agency policies and procedures
• will advocate for the health & well being of all program consumers
• will report any unsafe or hazardous condition, suspected neglect or abuse immediately
• will complete required training hours
• will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• will maintain a safe and positive environment

Program Specific Duties:

• will create/ plan the menus to be used in the kitchen.
• will order food and other items necessary to cover menu listings.
• will work with consumers as far as collecting coupons, locating best buys and purchasing items as directed.
• will order and sell drinks and other snack items.
• will prepare and sell food items on a daily basis.
• will be responsible for portion control.
• will follow health and safety regulations for food preparation and equipment usage.
• will maintain sanitary conditions at all times, making sure the food preparation area, the eating area and the equipment/utensils used are properly sanitized.
• will be responsible for training consumers for employment within the food service industry.
• will work with Supervisor in managing the kitchen budget and well as billing for food services rendered & establishing marketable prices.
• will monitor expiration dates and ensure all food served is fresh and within guidelines for serving.
• will keep kitchen clean and safe
• will complete all required documentation
