Clean Eatz Jeffersontown is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor. NO EARLY MORNINGS OR LATE NIGHTS, AND NO FRYERS! This is an hourly position and includes tip sharing. This role will be based at our NEW store which is currently under construction located at 9545 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40299, in the same shopping center as Kingpin Lanes. *Prior to opening, this position will train at our Springhurst location: 3565 Springhurst Blvd, Louisville, KY 40241 (Near Dick's Sporting Goods and Massage Envy)

Kitchen Supervisor: Our ideal candidate has previous kitchen supervisory experience with strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and is a proven leader. ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is required, but can be obtained after accepting job. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• LEAD, TRAIN and DEVELOP all BOH employees; holding them accountable for their performance by providing effective counsel and motivation on job related matters
• Order inventory and supplies, check shipments for accuracy, and process invoices for payment
• Supervise preparation, cooking, and serving of food with utmost concern for food quality
• Oversee store safety and implement proper sanitation practices
• Maintain open and honest communication with all staff members, upper management and vendors
• Focus on providing each customer with excellent product and service 100% of the time

Café hours are 11:00am – 7:00pm weekdays, and 11:00am – 3:00pm weekends. NEVER work an early morning or late night again!!!

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
