We are searching for a dynamic candidate who will ensure that the restaurant kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising and motivating crew members, managing back-of-the-house operations, and keeping accurate back-of-the-house records.Primary Responsibilities:- Motivate kitchen crew members and keep them focused.
- Ensure extraordinary food quality & Cinema Cafe standards - from vendor delivery to guest presentation.
- Collaborate with upper management on creating schedules and ensure station coverage.
- Manage food inventory and ordering.
- Control for and hold crew accountable to food specs and cost.
- Manage health & hygiene standards and procedures.
- Keep accurate records, including but not limited to: invoices, deliveries, temperature logs, inspection logs, training & certifications, etc.
- Manage all kitchen training and development.
- Ensure image & service standards are maintained by crew members.
Skills & Knowledge:- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of the position(s) they are leading and proficiency at every station in the kitchen.
- Excellent and professional verbal and listening skills.
- Working knowledge of sanitation and HAACP procedures & standards.
- Maintain composure during stressful situations.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Requirements & Additional Training:- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
- Friendly, upbeat attitude.
- Good personal hygiene.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Regular and predictable attendance (avg 40-50 hours/week).

- Food Service Management Certification.
