Kitchen Supervisor - Casino jobs in Springfield, MA

The Hangar Pub and Grill of South Hadley is currently hiring line cooks with supervisory experience! We are seeking to hire a couple of people that will start as cooks, and then work their way up to supervisors or managers as they learn and grow within our company.

We are looking for individuals that work well in a team environment. This position is fast-paced during meal periods, with plenty of downtime in between for restocking, portioning, cleaning, and breaks. Pay will be discussed during interview and will be dependent on current experience level, with plenty of opportunities to grow within the position/company. Cooks also make tips and all employees are eligible for a 401k with a 4% company match.

We have both part-time and full-time positions available. You must be at least 18 years old, legally allowed to work in the US, and have reliable transportation. You must be calm under pressure and communicate well with others.

The ideal candidate would be someone that has experience in a kitchen, can run a shift, is capable of earning the respect of their co-workers, and is a strong leader. While not everyone will fit this description, we are seeking those that believe they may this in them to apply and discuss how they feel they would be able to grow from line cook to supervisor or manager.
