Summary:
Kitchen Assistant (Line Server, Fry Cook, Prep, Utility) is trained to perform all of the duties associated with food preparation, maintaining a clean kitchen with additional responsibility of ensuring compliance with King's Kitchen standards in all areas of operation as assigned or required.

Physical Demands:
This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures as well as bending and stooping. The use of hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects is required. There will be constant exposure to hot equipment and oil throughout the work day.
