LAN Support supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN. Recommends and schedules repairs. Being a LAN Support provides end users support for all LAN- based applications. Installs and configures workstations. Additionally, LAN Support may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The LAN Support work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Position Description:
Responsible for user hardware and software support of desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and phones. Responsible for the support of the VPN connectivity software and documentation. Responsible for the hardware and software support of the security system. Provides support in other information technology projects as needed.

Educational/Other Requirements:
· Associate's degree with related certificate
· 3 years prior experience and/or training preferred in IT related field and related certification.
· Possesses analytical skills, and effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to plan and carry out projects with minimal direction
