Position Description:

Responsible for user hardware and software support of desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and phones. Responsible for the support of the VPN connectivity software and documentation. Responsible for the hardware and software support of the security system. Provides support in other information technology projects as needed.

• Responsible for the support of all user computers, including hardware, software, technical support, repairing, upgrading, training, and decision making to upgrade or replace
• Responsible for the support of the VPN software, which includes training documentation, installation and testing
• Responsible for the installation and support of the barcode scanners
• Responsible for the installation and support of the Zebra label printers
• Responsible for the installation and support of the Laser printers
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the all user accounts
• Provides support and assistance in or other IT areas as needed

Educational/Other Requirements:

· Associate's degree with related certificate

· 3 years prior experience and/or training preferred in IT related field and related certification.

· Possesses analytical skills, and effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to plan and carry out projects with minimal direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.73 - $22.56 per hour
