IBA Support Services is seeking Team Members to provide nursing services to individuals with disabilities and illness in their homes.

Hiring Full time, Part time and PRN RNs and LPNs!

In home visits and shifts available!

Visits: Monday-Friday morning and evening visits available, Weekend visits available

Shifts: 7a-7p

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Assist in administering medication
• Implement the nursing care plan

Qualifications:

• Experience in home health, or persons with disabilities
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid Driver License
• Valid and active nursing license'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 36 per week
