We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, this includes tracking of existing employees’ training files and ensuring they are following the yearly training regulations required by the 6400 regulations of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, manage and track client financials,
and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
· Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, facilitating new hire onboarding, tracking required training for employees, and assisting with ordering office supplies.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Track and manage consumer financials.
Requirements:
· 1 Year administrative experience.
· Excellent computer skills, MS Word/MS Excel.
· Attention to detail.
· Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
· Knowledge of PA 6400 regulations and Social Security requirements are a plus (preferred but not required).
