Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care
- Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for individuals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or related fields preferred
- Knowledge of patient care practices and techniques
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when assisting individuals with diverse needs

• OIS, Workday or iLearn are preferred, but training can be provided at lower rate.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Prefer at least 1 year of DSP experience
• Prefer applicant have CPR/FA card/certificate or be able to obtain one immediately
• Must have a current driver's license with a clean driving record
