```Overview```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Full or part time position available.

```Responsibilities```

- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure all files are organized and up to date
- Oversee the operation of office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

```Experience```

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
