    To support the growth of our business, we are seeking a NetSuite Administrator. The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and development of NetSuite as well as leveraging NetSuite capabilities and other SaaS applications to solve business challenges. Collaborating with various departments, the Administrator will ensure that NetSuite supports business operations and processes smoothly.

    The NetSuite Administrator responsibilities include:

    • NetSuite Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure NetSuite to align with the organization's specific requirements. This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
    • System Administration: Oversee daily administration tasks, including user management, security controls, role-based permissions, and data management, to maintain system integrity and performance.
    • User Support and Training: Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving system issues and inquiries. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote user adoption and maximize NetSuite utilization.
    • Facilitate technical requirements for data consolidation: Execute a playbook for assimilating data into the NetSuite Unified platform. This will include data mapping, data conversion, data reconciliation, user administration, testing and training.
    • Manage outsourced managed service providers: Prioritize work efforts based on business requirements. Document requirements and educate the provider to ensure delivery accuracy.
    • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement within NetSuite. Recommend and implement enhancements, automations, and integrations to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Prioritize the improvement opportunities and manage stakeholder’s expectations.
    • System Integration: Work with internal and external teams to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business systems. Ensure seamless data synchronization and consistency across platforms.
    • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Keep up-to-date with NetSuite releases and features. Plan, coordinate, and execute system upgrades and enhancements, minimizing disruption to business operations.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize NetSuite reporting and analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data. Develop custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
    • Third-party iPaSS platform integration experience with NetSuite is required.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    • 3 years of experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments. functionalities and best practices.

    Skills & Proficiencies

    • Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and administration, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
    • Knowledge of accounting and financial processes, preferably within a NetSuite environment.
    • Familiarity with system integration methodologies, APIs, and web services.
