NOTE: This job will be hiring the best candidate, and will have this person start on a part-time basis, and the position will have the opportunity to be full-time in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry, file management, and record keeping
- Collect payment from clients, submit billing, coordinate with insurance companies
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the staff
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Provide general support to visitors and clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience with billing or additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus

Note: Experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or in a similar clerical role would be beneficial. Proofreading skills are also desired for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
