    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency and patient care.
    • Coordinate and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
    • Implement and maintain electronic health record systems (e.g., ModMed, eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athena, Cerner) for efficient documentation and information management.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., utilization management, managed care)
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other healthcare organizations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to enhance practice operations.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
    • 5 years experience as a practice administrator or similar role in a healthcare setting
    • Strong knowledge of critical care operations and hospital administration
    • Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., Modmed, eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athena, Cerner))
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to effectively manage staff and promote teamwork
    • Knowledge of utilization management and managed care principles
    • Strong knowledge of critical care operations and hospital administration
    • Understanding specialty practice operations is a plus
