LAN/WAN Administrator is responsible for the settings, configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN and related hardware/software. Provides troubleshoots pertaining to LAN/WAN to meet users' needs. Being a LAN/WAN Administrator takes initiative for the network security and systems upgrades. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, LAN/WAN Administrator typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The LAN/WAN Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities will include ensuring the workforce/talent acquisition is integrated effectively to support overall strategic plans of the organization. The HR administrator must have the unique ability to multi-task while offering hands-on, day-to-day, administration support for complete staffing lifecycle including recruiting, new employee on-boarding, payroll, taxes, job boards and maintaining applicant database.
This position starts as part-time (20 Hours/week), becoming full time after 4 to 6 weeks.
10% Consistently and effectively execute HR administrative tasks in a timely manner to ensure compliance with all legal, state federal and customer complaints/concerns
Assist with weekly pay-roll administration
Time sheet reconciliation - weekly
Ensure accuracy of data - cross check with customer's information
Ensure the reconciliation process is done in a timely manner so that pay-roll is sent on time, every time.
Assist with pay-roll tax processes
