Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration:- Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the NetSuite accounting system.
- Configure and customize NetSuite to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with accounting and finance requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other financial systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Manage data migration projects, ensuring the smooth transfer of financial data into NetSuite.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
- Implement and optimize workflows, custom fields, and record types to streamline financial processes.
- Provide training to end-users on NetSuite functionality, ensuring proper utilization of the system.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support related to NetSuite accounting issues.
- Develop and implement SuiteScripts to address specific business requirements and enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of custom scripts and applications.
- Stay abreast of NetSuite updates and new features, evaluating their relevance to the organization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, making necessary updates to the system.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
