Since 2004, we’ve been providing the best lawn care service possible to homeowners across our region. We proudly serve Richmond and Williamsburg with our two locations as well as nearby areas. This exciting position is going to be centered in our brand-new, beautiful office building that is currently under construction in Richmond, VA!

    We are excited to offer a competitive salary range, starting between $50,000 to $60,000 annually based on experience, as well as a robust benefits package including medical benefits with supplemental offset, dental & vision options, IRA with company match, life insurance, profit sharing, and paid time off (including a paid week between Christmas and New Years). You’ll also have a work/life balance with a 40-hour work week and M-F schedule.

    Requirements for our Office Administrator:

    • 3 years of experience as an office administrator, ideally in landscaping or a related field;
    • QuickBooks experience and proficiency;
    • Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience;
    • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and payroll
    • Experience with job costing is preferred, but not required;
    • Experience with Bills.com, ServiceAutoPilot, and ADP is preferred, but not required.

    Responsibilities for our Office Administrator:

    • Accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, and categorizing receipts;
    • Processing payroll via ADP and ensuring that retirement and benefits contributions are being deducted accurately;
    • Providing general office support; answering the phone and providing excellent customer service;
    • Compiling production data from ServiceAutoPilot into Google Sheets weekly;
    • Collaborating with production crews to provide high-level and accurate financial reporting;
    • Working directly with the owners to ensure overall operational objectives are met;
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
