What You Will Do

Job Summary:

The Compliance Administrator will take on the following functions Compliance Specialist and Marketing designer, in addition to outside responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Duties include:

• Implement EIM and Integrity Compliance Program.
• Conduct ongoing supervision of RR’s and IAR’s. Determine necessary modifications to the supervisory structure and monitor and oversee the structure for the Firm.
• Analyze monthly compliance reports to determine if regulations and firm polices are met within set timing standards, including oversight reports.
• Conduct compliance audits of OSJ managers and direct reporting representatives/advisors and determine any necessary action items. Complete compliance questionnaires for each company
• In charge of Policies and Procedures for EIM
• Report Compliance Issues to Violation Trackers
• Retain records of all thing’s compliance
• Assess Compliance Risk for EIM and Downstream Entities

Multimedia Designer Duties include:

• Layout and design of all marketing and communication materials
• Photography and photo editing
• Proofing and reviews of design creations
• Identifies the target audience for mail marketing and email lists.
• Implements email marketing campaigns.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong computer and technical skills: MS Office Suite
• Experience using the following systems preferred: Excel, Agency Bloc, coding, Constant Contact, Pitney Bowes mailing system
