Analyzes LAN/WAN and recommends upgrades/changes and security procedures and policies; assesses organization's current and future LAN/WAN needs. Being a LAN/WAN Integrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The LAN/WAN Integrator typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a LAN/WAN Integrator typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. For Minnestay to reach its next level, we are looking for an Integrator to work with our CEO to assist in leading our team. If you're a natural leader who excels at breaking down a “big-picture” vision into actionable steps - this role was made for you.
This dynamic individual will chart a measurable roadmap towards achieving our goals, streamline operations, and foster seamless collaboration cross-departmentally.
A typical day might start by reviewing occupancy rates and guest feedback, then dive into streamlining repeatable processes that will improve the guest experience. By noon, you could be checking in to ensure a marketing campaign is meeting its KPIs and inquiring where team members may need support.
