STChealth, a SaaS Healthcare Platform, is looking for a skilled and motivated System Integrator to join our team. As a System Integrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and customer migration to STChealth's SaaS Software Platform for State Government Clients. You will be responsible for managing the technical solution of building our new IIS systems and migrating the customer from their legacy systems to the new STChealth IIS system. This entails the integration of various hardware and STChealth's SaaS software platform to ensure they work together seamlessly. Your contributions in this role will be crucial in delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients and ensuring the efficiency of integrated systems.
Responsibilities
1. System Integration Planning:
• Collaborate with Clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
a. Ensure Requirements Traceability Matrix is filled out for client implementation contracts requiring one.
• Develop comprehensive plans for system integration, considering hardware, software, workflow, and network components.
a. Owner of end-to-end system solution ensuring value is delivered to the customer according to contract terms.
b. Manage implementation dependencies across the technology solution.
2. Integration Implementation:
• Oversee technology solution and manage technology dependencies to ensure high customer satisfaction during the implementation project (system build out, data migration from legacy system, testing, and go-live) to create cohesive systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure compatibility and interoperability of Healthcare systems to facilitate the secure exchange of patient data for data migration.
• Configure and maintain connectivity solutions to facilitate the secure exchange of patient data.
• Manage full product implementation, from initiation to closeout, while mitigating risks for STChealth and the customer.
3. Testing and Validation:
• Oversee testing of integrated systems to identify and resolve any issues.
• Run UAT for clients, and if needed, assist in developing test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of integrated solutions.
4. Documentation:
• Work with internal technology SME group to ensure the creation of contracted detailed project documentation of system integration processes, configurations, and changes (in some instances may need to create documents yourself).
a. Documentation will be a mix of traditional SDLC, Waterfall and Agile depending on the customer contract.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, Client Integrations, support teams, project managers and customer IT/Technology teams.
• Communicate effectively with external client and internal stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of integration requirements and the delivery of the solution.
• Manage the customer relationship during delivery and serve as the primary interface with the customer.
• Manage customer complaints, changing requirements and corrective actions, while avoiding "Scope creep".
• Prepare a clear and effective communication plan and ensure proactive clear communication of all relevant information to the customer and to all stakeholders.
• Experience working with technology teams, other Project Managers in an project management office environment.
• Provide timely resolution of project technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation through post-go-live support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to system integration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Integrator or in a similar role on customer consulting or professional services projects with minimum 3 years' experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC best process and standard documentation.
• Healthcare IT experience, preferably with HL7
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network components.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and programming languages.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Waterfall SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Project Management Experience working under a PMO.
• MS Project (PWA) experience
• Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) experience
