- Operate scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital format
- Ensure that all scanned documents are clear and legible
- Organize and maintain scanned files in an organized manner
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of scanned documents
- Assist with data collection and entry tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet scanning targets and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
