In your role, you will

• Serves as Project Integrator for small projects or portions of larger projects.
• Prepares and maintains project management documentation (e.g., Statement of Work, Integrated Master Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, Risk Management, Change Management, and deliverables).
• Supports development of program planning documents (e.g., Work Breakdown Structure, Organizational Breakdown Structure, and Responsibility Assignment Matrix).
• Coordinates technical changes through designated Change Management System.
• Coordinates, develops, and prepares Project (PJD)/Program (PMPD) Directives.
• Ensures Peer Reviews and BES Milestone Gates/exits are properly planned and accomplished.
• Prepares presentations for internal//external audiences pertaining to project status and/or project requirements.
• Develops project status metrics, monitors trends, and suggests and implements corrective actions.

As our ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in Project Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Per US ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
