Summary
The Labor Relations Manager manages the relationship between the Hotel and the Union. The Manager will act as the liaison between Managers and the Union Agents focusing on dispute resolution and contract interpretation. The Manager will, in coordination with Human Resources and Hotel Leadership, conduct and advise on investigations and grievances as well as strategize on operational goals. This position reports directly to the Area Director of Human Resources, indirectly to Corporate Labor Relations Director. The salary for this position is $70,600 to $88,100.
