The Employee & Labor Relations Advisor provides guidance, advice and assistance to management and employees on a variety of employment, employee performance, and labor relations issues. This position conducts and/or directs the investigation of employee related issues, provides guidance on interpretation and application of policies and collective bargaining agreements, facilitates the grievance and dispute process, and provides management training on topics related to employee and labor relations. The Advisor will guide employees to the proper HR and/or organizational resources. This Advisor will facilitate ongoing communication and working relationships with union representatives including coordination of joint labor-management committees.
This position can be based anywhere in New Jersey, but must be accessible to our headquarters in Monmouth County for frequent meetings.
