- Excellent manual dexterity and physical fitness to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
