Labor Relations Manager implements and maintains a company's labor relations programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures satisfactory labor-management relations and helps interpret collective bargaining agreements. Being a Labor Relations Manager leads grievance procedures including arbitrations and assists all levels of management on labor matters. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, Labor Relations Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Labor Relations Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Labor Relations Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Description
The general purpose of the Customer Relations Database Manager is to oversee the use of Salesforce to synchronize customer relationship management throughout the organization. This position will manage records associated with admissions, marketing and the New College Foundation to maximize customer data in a manner that generates enrollment and fundraising.
Examples of Duties
Serve as functional subject matter expert and administrator of the enterprise Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.
Create ad-hoc reports, data queries, standard reports, and dashboards to support business needs.
Manage contact lists of clients and prospective clients within admissions, marketing, and the New College Foundation to increase efficiency of outreach efforts.
Work with a cross-functional team across numerous departments to complete projects and resolve challenges.
Oversee user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Analyze and evaluate current business processes, workflows, reports, and tools. Make recommendations for development, improvement, or simplification.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and tools to meet the needs of prospective college students and their parents/guardians.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred). Prior work experience with Salesforce. Knowledge of marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications
Three years of full-time or equivalent experience with Salesforce. Knowledge of acquiring, maintaining and using mailing and emailing lists for marketing efforts.
