The general purpose of the Customer Relations Database Manager is to oversee the use of Salesforce to synchronize customer relationship management throughout the organization. This position will manage records associated with admissions, marketing and the New College Foundation to maximize customer data in a manner that generates enrollment and fundraising.
A minimum of an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred). Prior work experience with Salesforce. Knowledge of marketing principles.
