LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST jobs in Mcallen, TX

As a Client Relations Specialist/Case Manager, you are part of a team focused on re-engaging clients and helping them complete their court filings. You must work closely with the Director of Operations and the other members of our team.

This is an in-office position that is responsible for handling the needs of existing clients, responding to inquiries from potential clients, and acquiring new clients.

Client Relations Specialist/Case Manager Essential Responsibilities:

• Seek out and contact potential clients to obtain pertinent information
• Responsible for follow-up calls and mailings to clients.
• Learn and fully utilize the programs and databases used in the Client Relations Specialist position.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
