As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and support. You will be responsible for handling a range of customer service inquiries, including:
- Answering incoming calls and setting patients up with services.
- Cold calling leads from marketers.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
- Addressing patient concerns and resolving issues.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service & sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing is preferred.
